- Answering questions you may have about your treatment program until your first follow-up appointment with the doctor, If Sheila was your New Patient Historian during your initial evaluation.
- Answering questions you may have about any of our staff.
- Responding to requests from attorneys for our doctors to help their clients with medically related legal cases.
- Helping you understand the role our doctors can and cannot play in helping you, a patient, with a medically-related legal case you are involved in.
- Answering general questions about our “First Aid” measures for allergic reactions and other problems that crop up for patients. [NOTE: For in-depth or specific treatment recommendations, all staff will ask you to please schedule a follow-up appointment with our doctors as soon as possible. We try to reserve some appointment times daily for emergencies.]

Elaine can help you with:
- Answering questions about the Biodetoxification Program or scheduling Biodetoxification Program services (either the initial intensive or maintenance programs).
- Answering questions about Oxygen Multi-Step Therapy or scheduling established patients for this laboratory service.
- Overseeing all needs of all Intensive Biodetoxification Program patients each day they are in the program (under the direction of our Doctors), including. taking vital signs, supervising sauna and exercise time, providing oral nutrients, and scheduling massages, IV’s, and Doctors’ appointments.
- Drawing blood for laboratory testing, or providing and explaining kits for testing when the collection of saliva or urine samples is required for specialized tests.
- Administering intravenous nutritional therapies, Oxygen Multi-Step Therapy, or intravenous chelation therapies.
- All appointments for laboratory services are usually scheduled through the Front Office of our Center.

- Sandy has 22 years experience mixing allergy extracts and allergy extract stocks and supervising COEM's Allergy Extract Mixing Lab staff.
- Answering questions about allergy extracts that you have already received from our office and any unusual circumstances surrounding injections.
- Answering vendors' questions about COEM's medical supply purchases. (Sandy orders and maintains all medical supplies for COEM and keeps the records of all purchase invoices.)
